Do you use quality tulle? TOP

Yes, we use a high quality nylon tulle.  Our tulle is NOT an import, it is made in the USA and flame retardant.  

How much is your shipping cost? TOP

Our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

*At this time, we are not currently shipping out of the United States.  

Do you rush ship any orders? TOP

Yes, we will rush ship any orders for an additional charge of $12.95.  Rush orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.  Note, we only ship Monday through Saturday.  Please keep in mind that we ship Priority Mail and in addition to the 48 hours, shipping takes 2 to 3 business days.

What is your return policy? TOP

All sales are final and we do not accept returns.  Please be selective in choosing your items and making your color selections.  Because our tutus are made to order, we do not allow you to cancel your order.  If you find that your purchase has any type of defect, please contact us and we will address your concerns.

How do I clean my tutu? TOP

Cleaning this fabric requires detail and care.  We recommend that you spot clean your tutu and handle it gently.  If it’s a stain you’re worried about, rub the fabric delicately.  Don’t scrub vigorously because the tulle could rip or otherwise get damaged.  If the tulle is wrinkled after cleaning, just spritz it with water and fluff the fabric.  Do not ever place tulle in the dryer as it will become dry and  brittle and could be ruined.  It should dry without much fuss and the wrinkles can be kept to a minimum thanks to its synthetic nature and airy composition. 

How do you package your tutus? TOP

Our tutus are packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes.  Each tutu is delicately wrapped in tissue paper to minimize wrinkling.  If you are sending a gift and would like to include a personalized gift card, we would be happy to send a complimentary gift card. 

How long does it take to receive my order? TOP

Each tutu is made to order.  Due to this, please allow two weeks from the date of purchase to receive your order.  If you need an order sooner, please contact us by email prior to placing your order.
