Tulle colors are pastel pink, bubblegum pink, and hot pink. Dress has an adjustable ribbon with a small hot pink flower that accents the bodice where the crochet top and ribbon meet. These dresses are typically worn from ankle length to mid-calf. As your child grows taller, the dress can become a tutu skirt. What a smart investment!
