About Us

As a mother of two beautiful children, wife and "mom"preneur this is a little bit about how My Tutu Cutie,LLC came to be. I've always been a "girly girl" and interested in fashion.  My love and passion for the fashion industry began in college where I received an undergraduate degree in Apparel Merchandising and Business from Indiana University.  Fashion has always been a part of who I am, and large part of my life, but it wasn’t until becoming pregnant with my second child, a beautiful baby girl, that I became interested in creating and designing tutus and tutu dresses.  After I searched and searched for the perfect tutu for my daughter's newborn pictures, my mom and I decided to make one ourselves.  It was then that we realized the possibilities were endless.  It is my love for my daughter, close relationship with my mother, together with my interest for fashion that lead to the start of My Tutu Cutie!
